New 'Halloween' Sequel to Arrive in 2020?

Man, writing the numbers 2020 feels freakin' weird. It's like, we're nearly in the future, but it doesn't feel like the future if you know what I mean? Strange. Anyway, did you catch Halloween (2018) which made a little over $250 million worldwide? What did you think?

Well, if you loved it, you'll be pleased to know that a sequel could arrive as early as 2020 (still weird) according to the folks over at Collider. Care to know more? Make your way within.
The site reports that David Gordon Green wrote the script and is said to be back to direct the sequel. With Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer ,and Andi Matichak expected to return also.

The expected release date for Halloween 2 is October 16, 2020, a date in which Blumhouse had already reserved for an untitled film, so could it be for the return of Michael Myers?

As mentioned above, Halloween (2018) made just over $250 million worldwide, and they did that on just a $10 million budget. Insane!

So, did you enjoy the previous Halloween movie and in what direction would you like the sequel to go?
