How awesome is this? Creepshow is coming back and you'll be able to witness all the terrifying delights in the comfort of your own home via the streaming service Shudder. The original Creepshow (1982) from George Romero and Stephen King is an absolute classic, and is just so much fun, even the sequel was great, too, although some may argue.
So, the TV series. It's coming, but we are not sure just when. However, the AV Club have unveiled an official poster and you guys can take a full look within.
The TV series will feature 12-segments based upon a slew of horror stories including “All Hallows Eve” by Bruce Jones, “By the Silver Water of Lake Champlain” by Joe Hill, “Bad Wolf Down” by Rob Schrab (Monster House), and “Gray Matter” by Stephen King to name a few.
It will also feature Tom Savini directing as well as Greg Nicotero. And the cast has some recognizable names too such as Jeffrey Combs, Dana Gould, and former WCW heavyweight champion David Arquette, who is just such a fun guy.
As soon as we know more, we'll let you know. In the meantime check out the poster below.
