First Official Clip for Eerie '1BR'

We've scored something that is sure to send a chill down your spin this evening (morning, wherever you may be) in the form of an official clip for David Mamor's feature debut 1BR. The clip features something that reminds me of the refrigerator scene in Ghostbusters with Zuul, and it, well, just check it out for yourselves within and let us know what you think?

We also have a couple of images as well as details pertaining to the film as well as its world premiere at Fantasia.
