Sega CD Classic 'Corpse Killer' to Celebrate 25 Years on PS4

Remember back in the day when we thought FMV (full motion video) was the future of gaming? Man, those were the days. We had the Panasonic 3DO and the Philips CDi, but sadly they never really took off.

But then again, neither did the Sega CD or 32X, but we did get some killer FMV-style games, and if you missed your chance, well, Screaming Villains are set to unleash Corpse Killer onto the PS4 and Stream to celebrate the 25th anniversary so you can finally witness it in all its glory. Okay, maybe glory is the wrong word, but you can witness it, that's something. But really, this looks fun, you should check it out for its pure fun.
Screaming Villains previously unleashed other Sega CD/32X classics onto the PS4 and Stream, such as the infamous Night Trap and Double Switch. You can check out more about both titles HERE.

But what we're here for today is the announcement of Corpse Killer, which will see you wading through dense forests obliterating zombies as you search for four of your comrades in the Caribbean.

John Lafia (Child's Play 2) directed the the live action footage.

The game also features horror legend Bill Moseley as Captain. The cast also includes Vincent Schiavelli, Jeremiah Birkett,  Bridget Butler, John Cassini, Gary Anthony Sturgis, Erin Bobo, and
Charles Kahlenberg.

Being that its celebrating its 25th anniversary, it will feature new zombies and variations that weren't in the original release. Also, you'll have access to behind-the-scenes videos and nearly 300 behind-the-scenes photos.

Screaming Villains have announced that the game will be available on PS4 and Stream this July 30th.

Check out the announcement trailer below and for more information, hit up their official Facebook page.
